Clear terms before confirmation

Booking, payment and cancellation

A form, message or call starts an enquiry. It becomes an appointment only when the treatment, date, location, price, suitability process and any requested payment have been confirmed in writing.

Last reviewed: 24 July 2026. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights. Deductions are limited to losses reasonably and directly caused by a cancellation; they are not used as a penalty.

1. Business details

Idalia Aesthetics & Wellness is operated by STAR GROUP COLLECTIVE LTD, company number 17252181. Contact Jake at jake@starwellness.studio or 07360 011 070.

2. Enquiries and confirmed appointments

A website form, WhatsApp or social-media message, text, call or email is an enquiry rather than a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only when the treatment, date, location, price and suitability process have been agreed in writing and any requested payment has been received.

3. Prices and advance payments

Website prices are starting or guide prices unless clearly shown as fixed. Travel, product amount, treatment area, combination plans and specialist setup can change the final quotation. Any deposit or advance payment, what it covers and when it becomes refundable are confirmed before payment.

4. Remote-booking cooling-off rights

Where a qualifying service contract is agreed online, by phone or away from business premises, consumers normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. If you ask for a service to begin during that period, written confirmation may be requested. A proportionate charge can apply to work already supplied. Once a requested service has been fully performed, the cancellation right can end where the required acknowledgement was given.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation by the client

6. Cancellation by Idalia

If the appointment cannot be provided, you can choose a new date, appropriate credit or a refund for the undelivered service. Treatment can also be declined or stopped if a contraindication, safety concern or consent issue makes proceeding inappropriate. Advance payment for an undelivered service is refunded unless a lawful deduction for a separate service already supplied was clearly agreed.

7. Courses, subscriptions and memberships

Each course or continuity plan records the included services, expected interval, payment schedule, expiry or pause terms and what happens if suitability changes. Clinical progress can alter the recommended interval. A subscription does not guarantee that a treatment remains suitable at every visit.

8. Vouchers, retail items and refunds

Voucher validity and redemption terms are supplied at purchase. Treatment vouchers remain subject to screening and may be transferred to another suitable service where agreed. Faulty retail products retain statutory rights; hygiene-sensitive opened items may not be returnable for change of mind.

9. Lateness and mobile access

Please report delays as soon as possible. A late start can shorten or rearrange an appointment where completing the full plan would affect safety or later clients. Mobile appointments depend on the access, parking, privacy and setup agreed beforehand.

10. How to cancel or raise a concern

Use the same channel used for booking, call or text 07360 011 070, or email jake@starwellness.studio. Include your name, appointment date and whether you want to cancel, reschedule or raise a concern.

11. Model cancellation notice

You do not have to use this wording, but it can be copied into an email or message:

To STAR GROUP COLLECTIVE LTD, operator of Idalia Aesthetics & Wellness: I give notice that I cancel my contract for [service or package], ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and today’s date is [date].
