Private screening · clear boundaries · informed consent

Safety before treatment

A complete treatment plan can be ambitious while still being honest about suitability, expected benefit, recovery, alternatives and when medical assessment should come first.

Who provides treatment

Jake is the owner and sole practitioner and is trained and insured for the treatments he provides. Qualifications and independent insurance verification are available on Jake’s practitioner page.

Consultation and consent

Screening can include the requested result, health history, medication, allergies, previous procedures, current symptoms, skin or tissue condition, expectations, recovery and aftercare. Some treatments need a separate consultation or professional pathway before any appointment can be offered.

Consent is a process rather than a form. You can ask questions, decline part of a plan or withdraw consent before or during a procedure. Treatment is paused or declined when the environment is unsuitable, consent is unclear or the risk is not proportionate.

Medicines and prescription pathways

Services involving a prescription or prescriber, including relevant lines-and-wrinkles or specialist IV pathways, are arranged through the appropriate professional consultation route.

Mobile and Dudley appointments

Mobile work requires a clean, private and well-lit space, safe access, enough working room and suitable arrangements for equipment, sharps and waste. Parking, stairs, pets, children, household smoking and the ability to rest after treatment may be discussed before travel. Dudley-based appointments are available by prior arrangement.

Aftercare and complications

Written or message-based aftercare is matched to the treatment. Contact Jake promptly if an expected reaction is worsening, different from what was discussed or causing concern. Some symptoms need urgent medical assessment rather than a treatment-provider reply.

What Idalia does not do

  • Diagnose disease, unexplained symptoms, deficiency or infection.
  • Replace a GP, pharmacist, prescriber, dentist, podiatrist or emergency service.
  • Guarantee a cosmetic, wellness, hair-growth, weight-loss or health outcome.
  • Continue when contraindications, safeguarding concerns or an unsafe setup are identified.
  • Present elective IV wellness as emergency rehydration or treatment for a hangover.
