SCM scalp-booster microneedling
The SCM programme is available as an individual session or a planned six-session course. The treatment price includes the selected scalp product, sterile single-use consumables, controlled microneedling, aftercare and review.
Microneedling route only
This is a topical microneedling treatment rather than an injectable service. Hair-density outcomes vary, and unexplained or scarring hair loss should receive appropriate medical assessment.
Silicone gel and silicone sheets
Silicone scar products help maintain hydration over a fully closed scar and may support improvements in softness, height, colour, itching or discomfort over time. Gel is useful for visible, moving or awkward areas; a reusable sheet or tape can suit flatter areas where it stays comfortably in place.
Start only when the wound is fully closed with no open, split, infected or weeping area.
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin twice daily and allow it to dry before clothing or cosmetics. Consistency matters more than using a thick layer.
Build tolerance gradually, then aim for at least 12 hours daily and up to 23 hours where comfortable. Remove for washing, clean the skin and reusable sheet, and dry both fully before reapplication.
Use consistently for at least two to three months before judging response; some scars need several months. Stop and review if redness, rash, broken skin, increasing pain or deterioration develops.
- For completely healed skin only—not open, split, infected or weeping wounds.
- Skin tolerance is built gradually and the area is checked for redness, rash or excess moisture.
- Products need consistent use over weeks or months rather than one isolated application.
- Raised, painful, tethered, worsening or unexplained scars may need medical or specialist review.
