Product explained
What Velancia Threads is
Velancia includes smooth mono, screw, twin and cog configurations in materials such as PDO, PLLA, PCL and PLACL. Thread material, gauge, length, count and vector are selected after examination; threads do not reproduce surgical lifting.
Who may consider it
- Local skin-support goals where smooth threads are appropriate.
- Focused lifting plans where cog threads and the proposed vectors are suitable.
- Adults who understand bruising, swelling, tenderness, asymmetry, palpability and extrusion risks.
How treatment is planned
Goals, anatomy, skin or scalp condition, medical history, medication and previous treatment are reviewed.
The exact formula, intended route, batch, expiry, current instructions and practitioner scope are checked.
Area, amount, technique, comfort measures and photographs are agreed before consent.
Response, recovery and whether another session is appropriate are assessed without automatic treatment.
Risks, recovery and limits
- Redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising and temporary unevenness can occur.
- Injectable and thread treatments carry uncommon but potentially serious risks discussed in person before consent.
- Active infection, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medication and some medical conditions can change suitability.
- Results and duration vary. No fixed outcome, lift, regrowth, volume or number of sessions is guaranteed.
