What Profhilo is designed to do
Profhilo is a branded injectable hyaluronic-acid product used in a bio-remodelling treatment plan. It is selected for suitable hydration, elasticity-appearance and overall skin-quality goals rather than to create the shaped volume associated with dermal filler.
Consultation decides the route
The treatment area, skin quality, medical history, previous injectables and the current product protocol are checked before a course is agreed.
Where it may fit
- Face or neck skin-quality planning where the tissue and goals are suitable.
- Selected body areas only where the current product instructions support the proposed route.
- A comparison with PDRN, PRP/PRF, microneedling or another skin booster when those options better match the goal.
- A separate plan from dermal filler when shape, projection or structural support is the main priority.
Starting course
Goals, anatomy, medical history, medication and previous treatment are reviewed.
Placement follows the selected area and current product protocol, including BAP-style points where appropriate.
The usual starting course includes a second session approximately four weeks later, subject to review.
Further timing is based on response, preference and continued suitability rather than an automatic subscription.
What to expect
- Temporary raised points, redness, tenderness, swelling or bruising can occur.
- Visible response and duration vary between people and treatment areas.
- Active infection, pregnancy status, medication and some medical conditions can change suitability.
- No treatment is presented as a guaranteed lift or reversal of skin ageing.
