The technique matters
Idalia uses controlled cross-hatching and stamping. Circular motions are not used. Depth, pressure, pass count and pattern are adjusted by area, skin, goal and device protocol.

Microneedling — from £79
The starting price applies to selected PRP/PRF facial microneedling; other routes are quoted after consultation.
Facial microneedling can be planned for suitable acne scarring, uneven-looking pigmentation, texture and hydration-related goals. The treatment area and any neck, décolletage, stretch-mark or scar work are discussed within the same plan.
Active acne concerns need assessment first. Microneedling is not performed over active inflamed acne or infection.

Brightening / skin quality
Selected serum ingredients matched to skin, sensitivity and the intended topical route.
PDRN ampoule
A suitable topical polynucleotide ampoule rather than assuming an injectable product is appropriate for needling.
Skin booster protocol
A product selected specifically for controlled topical delivery with microneedling.
Extracellular-vesicle microneedling
A professional topical option paired with controlled microneedling rather than an injectable treatment.
Three-wave light add-on
A screened 660, 850 and 940 nm red and near-infrared protocol after treatment where appropriate.
Options within your plan
Hydration and brightening serums, suitable PDRN topical products, PRP or PRF pathways and LED support can be discussed where relevant. These options are explained within your treatment plan rather than listed as competing appointments.
PRP and PRF involve a separate blood-derived treatment pathway and additional assessment. Injectable products are not automatically suitable for topical microneedling use.
What to expect
- Redness, warmth, dryness, sensitivity or pinpoint marks may occur temporarily.
- Active infection, recent procedures, some medications and certain skin conditions can make treatment unsuitable.
- Depth is not a quality score; more aggressive needling is not automatically better.
- Sun protection, gentle aftercare and avoiding unapproved active products during recovery matter.
