PRP and PRF scalp prices
What the consultation covers
- The thinning pattern, duration, shedding history and the areas you want assessed.
- Scalp condition, skin integrity, previous treatment and relevant medical assessment.
- Medication, blood-draw suitability and factors that may affect treatment or healing.
- Whether a course is reasonable, another route fits better or medical assessment should come first.
What happens during a scalp appointment?
The treatment area is agreed and the scalp is checked for signs that make cosmetic treatment unsuitable.
A small blood sample is taken and processed during the appointment according to the selected PRP or PRF protocol.
Small injections are placed across the agreed thinning area using a planned pattern rather than treating the entire scalp automatically.
Scalp washing, products, exercise, heat, sun and the timing of the next session are explained.
Recovery and realistic expectations
- Tenderness, redness, pinpoint marks, bruising, swelling or a tight feeling can occur.
- Individual response varies with the underlying cause, treatment area, health, course and time.
- A three-treatment course does not guarantee regrowth, density or prevention of future loss.
- Ongoing photographs should use consistent lighting, angle, hair preparation and consent.
- Maintenance is considered only after response and continued suitability are reviewed.
Prefer a non-own-blood route?
SCM scalp microneedling is a separate non-PRP option for suitable clients. It is still presented as cosmetic scalp support rather than guaranteed hair growth.
