Weight-management & peptide pathway support

A support service for adults following a weight-management pathway, focused on practical check-ins, general wellbeing and the skin or body changes that can accompany significant weight change.

Support within the right framework

A joined-up view of your wellbeing, skin and body goals

The appointment can sit alongside a client's existing regulated medical pathway without replacing the prescriber, pharmacy, medicine review or medical monitoring.

Jake can support practical discussion, help keep the cosmetic and wellness elements connected and direct medicine-related concerns back to the relevant prescriber or clinician when needed.

Weight-management support check-in

General wellbeing, routine, treatment experience, questions to take back to the prescribing team and appropriate signposting.

30 minutes · £39

Peptide pathway support review

A support review for an existing specialist pathway, with referral when a prescriber or another clinician is required.

45 minutes · £49

Post-weight-change skin & body plan

A combined consultation covering facial support, skin quality, massage, body care, realistic treatment sequencing and referral options.

What the support may cover

  • General experience, routine, hydration, food tolerance and questions to discuss with the medical team.
  • Skin, facial-volume and body changes following significant weight change.
  • Appropriate timing of massage, facials, LED, skin boosters, biostimulators or other cosmetic options.
  • A clear summary of concerns to take back to the prescriber or another clinician.
  • A continuity plan rather than disconnected one-off appointments.

When medical review comes first

Severe or persistent abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, symptoms of dehydration, fainting, chest symptoms, significant mood change, suspected adverse reaction or another acute concern should be directed promptly to the appropriate medical or emergency service.

Why the page avoids medicine names

This service complements rather than replaces prescription review, dose decisions, medical monitoring or pharmacy support.
